The product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, contact us by email. Warranty Exclusions: normal wear and tear is not covered in the warranty. A frayed cable will be replaced at a reasonable cost to customer. Improper use, accident, misuse, negligence, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed is not covered under warranty.
